Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Firewatch Sauce Co, we take pride in delivering high quality, shelf stable hot sauces. Because our products are food items, we have a limited return and refund policy to ensure safety and quality for all customers.

Food and Perishable Items

Due to the nature of consumable food products, all hot sauce sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened or unopened bottles unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

All products are shelf stable for up to 12 months when unopened and stored properly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened food products
  • Unopened food products
  • Orders delayed due to carrier issues
  • Items returned without prior approval

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non refundable.
If a refund is approved, it will apply to the product price only.

Gifts

If an item was marked as a gift and arrives damaged or incorrect, we will work directly with the purchaser to resolve the issue.
